STAR TREK THEME

Star Trek, the original series, ran from September 8, 1966, to June 3, 1969 for a total of 79 episodes. The show spawned a franchise of hit movies and TV series that now has millions of passionate fans around the world. The theme song — officially titled “Theme from Star Trek” — is iconic. The song featured unusual harmonies and a theremin-like wordless female vocal. My audio version of this arrangement features a fast Bossa Nova pattern to support the ethereal melody.
